On the day of your registration category, you will complete a Registration Request Form using the link below

FIRST UNITED METHODIST PRESCHOOL Registration for 2026-2027 – Fill out form for NEW FAMILIES/OPEN REGISTRATION

• We will register children in the order in which we receive form submissions. Forms will be activated at 8:00AM each day.

• Please complete each section of the Online Registration Form

• Once we receive your registration request, we will send you an email confirmation with instructions on how to submit paper registration forms and the registration fee.

• If the days you are requesting are not available, we will contact you to discuss options available.

•  If enrollment is full, you will be placed on our waiting list. If you are placed on the waiting list, we will notify you through email as well.
